My Pain And I Don't Knowing It

Again, I stumbled upon these quotes, is the pain readily apparent? I hope the authors never attempted to kill themselves after exposing their obvious tendencies toward masochism. The intensity of pain exhibited by words has never caught my attention until these:

“Waiting is painful. Forgetting is painful. But not knowing which to do is the worse kind of suffering.” (From Paolo Coelho!, the book from which this quote was taken from made me decide to stop reading Coelho for a time, too dragging!)

“Pleasure of love lasts but a moment, pain of love lasts a lifetime.” (My simple comment, is it really love?? Or rejection that pains you the most?)

“Many of us spend our whole lives running from feeling with the mistaken belief that you cannot bear the pain. But you have already borne the pain. What you have not done is feel all you are beyond the pain.” (My simple comment, how do you feel you are beyond the pain? pain reliever overload? or decide to meditate the pain away? I don’t know which of the two works... looking the answer from myself)

Next Question: Truth...
